Mrs. Bair received her B.S. in Education from McKendree University and completed the Colloquy Program through Concordia University- Chicago. She has been teaching for over 20 years and is passionate about helping her students grow academically and personally. Mrs. Bair  strives to create a positive learning environment where her students feel safe to take risks and learn from their mistakes. She believes that all students can succeed if they are allowed to reach their full potential. She is Level 2 Google certified.Mrs. Bair enjoys spending time with her family and writing novels in her free time. Her favorite Bible verse is Psalm 139:13-14 “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.”
