Camp Details
Welcome to Camp Sonshine, Camps for Adventurous Kids!
Salem Lutheran School is excited to offer our Summer Camp Program, Camp SONshine, for children 2 years old through entering 5th grade. This program provides a fun and safe environment for campers to explore their interests, make new friends, learn about Jesus, and learn new skills.
Some of the highlights of our Summer Camp Program include:
- A variety of weekly themes to keep campers engaged and excited
- Bible study and the opportunity to learn about Jesus’ love for us
- Safe and certified staff who are passionate about working with children
- Balanced, structured activities and free time for campers to explore independently
- Opportunities for campers to make new friends and build social skills
- A supportive and inclusive environment that celebrates each camper’s uniqueness
- Junior Achievement for PreK-5th grade
- Weekly Cooking Class for P2-5th grade
- Leatherworking Class for 2nd-5th grade
- Enrichment programs Soccer Shots and more to come

Our Summer Camp Rates
Registration Fee
The registration fee for the summer camp season is just $130 for both Salem students and community members. This includes activities and daily snacks, and drinks.
Current Grade 2025-2026 School Year
Preschool 2 or New Preschool 2 – Entering 5th Grade
Our rates are just $45 for a full day of camp or $34 for a half day. For families with more than one child, we offer a reduced rate for additional children. Our full-day rate is only $36 per additional child, and our half-day rate is $27 per additional child.
Before and After Camp Care Pricing
We provide extra care to meet your busy schedule! Campers are welcome to arrive early or stay after from 7:00-8:00 a.m. and 3:30-5:30 p.m. Before Care is $10 each/day & After Care is $12 daily. If you use before and after camp care per day, you will be charged $22/day.
