Claire Wiegand

Mrs. Wiegand, a Lutheran South alumna, attended Valparaiso University where she earned her education degree in Middle School Math and Science Education. She has been teaching for ten years. Mrs. Wiegand has served previously at two other Lutheran Schools in the St. Louis and currently teaches at Trinity Lutheran in St. Charles. Prior to Salem, Mrs. Wiegand served as Athletic Director for four years at Grace Chapel and Atonement. She strives to make every sports season an enjoyable learning experience for all athletes, and even coaches, while helping everyone give God glory through their talents and actions. In her free time, she spends time with her family and plays volleyball. Mrs. Wiegand’s favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”
