Get ready for some great food as the Men’s Club hosts its penultimate monthly barbecue of the year on the Church upper parking lot at 5025 Lakewood Avenue in Affton. Barbecue is available in all price ranges. You have the option of purchasing an entire meal with two sides or buying a sandwich.
Because of your ongoing support of the barbecues, the Club is holding the line on prices for the rest of the year! We want to make sure everyone can get what they want. Here is our menu with the prices.
Keep your eyes open for another manager’s special in September. As in August, the special should be ready around 11 a.m. The entrée and price will be posted on the sign board in front of the “Gus Bus”.
Join the Men’s Club on September 12th starting at 10:00 a.m. and lasting until it sells out. Our July barbecue sold out at 1:15 p.m. Make plans now to come early to guarantee you get what you like. The Club appreciates the loyal support the church and Affton communities provide.
Tell your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers about the penultimate barbecue of 2026. The club will hold its final “World Famous Barbecue” of the season on October 10th . We look forward to serving you!
All proceeds from the barbecues go to supporting Salem Lutheran Church and its ministries. The Men’s Club is a non-profit Christian fellowship organization.
